RETURN POLICY

LMF Manufacturing LTD offers a 30 day from the day of purchase return policy on most items. We will make every attempt to make sure that your purchase is well suited for your situation if you contact us for product information or for advice. If, however, you decide that you want to return the merchandise, you must first contact LMF Manufacturing LTD for a returned goods authorization number. The returned merchandise will be subject to our inspection. All large merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer or it will not be accepted. Smaller items may be shipped by the carrier of the customers choosing as long as they can be tracked. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of non-warranty issues. All products must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. Pictures of the merchandise must be sent to LMF Manufacturing LTD before shipping for approval of packaging and securement. LMF Manufacturing LTD must approve the pictures before scheduling shipping. If the returned merchandise meets all the qualifications, a credit will be issued for the amount of the purchase minus a 20% re-stocking fee. If the product is damaged LMF Manufacturing reserves the right to deduct the cost of the repairs including labor fees from the owed amount before issuing the refund. If the product shows signs of use and/or install is not new condition, LMF Manufacturing LTD reserves the right to refuse the return.
